The oldest boat in the world that has never been sunk is known as “Historical Galley” and exhibited in the Naval Museum of Turkey. This boat has a great importance in the history of world navigation. Despite its importance, it is not well known by the masses. Of course, there is no excuse for not having a lot of navigation history researches. By spending large budgets, a special environment has been prepared for this boat. The historical importance of the Galley is widely known by related institutions but it is not so popular with the public.
