Agustin Borrios, Paraguayan classical guitarist and composer, successfully used the colorful natu？re of South American music in classical guitar; hence, an important guitarist among today’s guitar players. He wrote pieces in baraque, classical, romantic and folk styles. He used historical and religious events in his works, imitating the movements in natu？re, which distinguishes him from classical guitarists and composers of the period. Barrios also had an extraordinary improvisation ability, which resulted in the harmonic nature of his works. His works are still performed by classical guitarists although they are technically and musically difficult
