The Research on The Relationship on finding The Factors that Force Employess’ in Banking Sector Participating in Recreational Sports and Demographical Variables

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between motivation reasons, demographical factors and employees' negative working conditions such as; hours of hard work, though environmental competitive environment. The research is aimed to be done with 217.525 employees' in 51 banks operating in Turkey. The samples of the research consist of 217.525 employees in banks existing in Turkey. During the calculation of sample, 4% error marjin was taken into consideration and 700 samples were determined, then stratified sampling was used. As a measurement tool, REMM measurement, developed by Rogersand Morris (2003), and adapted intoTurkish by Gürbüz, A？？？ and ？elebi (2006) in order to be tested in terms of validation and reliability. In addition to REMM, personal information form is used so as to determine demographic features and other parameters. Analiz Stage to determine the suitability of the normal distribution of data Kolmogorov Simirnov tests. Due to the lack of normal distribution of data according to the Mann Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis H test was applied for further correlation analysis was performed to measure the relationship between the dimensions. According to dimensions of the factors motivating corporate employees to participate recreational sportive activitie sorder of importance have been found as health, development of skills, social ization and entertainment, body and appearance and competition. It has also been obtained from the research that motivation factors for employees in banking sector to participate recreational sportive activities differ according to so me demographic and other parameters.
