Relationship Between Emotional Labor And Workplace Happiness in Accounting Professional Employees: Burdur Example

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the emotional labor behaviors and the workplace happiness of the accounting professional employees. The study was carried out in Burdur and on 156 accounting members as samples by applying quantitative study methods. In the study, emotional labor and workplace happiness of accounting members were examined and relation between them was tested by correlation analysis. According to the results of the study, members of the accounting profession have low levels of superficial behavior, moderate levels of emotion suppression, high levels of happiness in the workplace and profound behavior levels.
