Abstract:

The phenomenon of alienation of labor, one of the fundamental criticisms of the thinker on the capitalist order, is almost inevitable in a society dominated by capitalist mode of production. In other words, alienation is the foreseeable result of the capitalist economic order. People who make this economic order possible in a state are the governors, who are the representatives of the ruling class in the superstructure. In the capitalist state, the governors make arrangements that enable the exploitation of labor in accordance with the interests of the ruling class. The inevitable consequence of capitalist mode of production also causes the alienation of employees. Thus, it can be said that the governors of the capitalist state are politically responsible of the order causing the alienation of the employees. In this article, Marx's concept of alienation is dealt within the context of relation to the rulers of the capitalist state
