STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATION PROCESS OF TURKEY ECONOMY AND LABOR MARKET INCOMPATIBILITY THAT THIS PROCESS HAS BROUGHTKeywords: Geli?en Ekonomiler,Yap?sal D?nü?üm,Yap?sal ??sizlik,Mesleki E?itim,Yat?r?m Abstract: Naturally, Turkey's Economy is undergoing a structural transformation as a developing economy. The share of the agricultural sector in the economy has declined day by day, a limited expansion has occurred in the industrial sector. The largest expansion has been in the service sector. Workers have mostly turned to the services sector. Since the organizations belonging to the industry and the service sector are mostly in the cities, this transformation has caused immigration from rural to urban areas. The adaptation of these people to new sectors has been long since the immigrant's vocational qualifications are not suitable for working in organizations of the industrial and service sectors. Developing Turkish Economy still has difficulties in meeting the labor force that it needs, employers can not find the workers they want, and job seekers cannot find the job they want, which is a structural unemployment. The formal and non-formal vocational training capacity of the country and employment agencies/institutions are inadequate for solving this negative situation. In this study, the dimensions of this structural transformation with Turkstat's data, structural unemployment problems with a empirical research are examined through. A questionnaire survey was applied to determine the factors causing structural unemployment problems.Surveys were applied with 701 unemployed who applied to ??kur and it was determined that more than half of the unemployment were caused by problems based on occupational, geographical and technological reasons.Solution suggestions have presented in the line of the result
