EVALUATION OF TURKISH NIGHT EVENTS IN THE CONTEXT OF INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE ELEMENTS WITHIN THE SCOPE OF ANIMATION SERVICES

？It is a vicious process based on consumption in Turkish tourism. In particular, the fact that cultural elements are not included in tourism is driving Turkish tourism into a stereotyped area from a specific point. The main motivation of this study is to examine and criticize the Turkish night events which are included in the hotel enterprises and which constitute a big part of the animation services. The study aims to reveal the debate about the adaptation of Turkish cultural activities to the Turkish nights and the improvement of the content of the Turkish nights with the elements of the National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage. Secondary data sources were used in the study and discussion and evaluation sections were concluded. According to the results of the study, it was seen that the Turkish Night events were limited in content and did not reflect culture in full. For this reason, it has been proposed that the elements in the National Inventory of the Intangible Cultural Heritage will be correctly animated in Turkish night events (educated personnel, using the right equipment) and presented to the tourists' experience will have a positive impact on the tourism product in a supportive and original way
