A case report of ur？nary bladder urothelial tumor in adolescent period

Urinary bladder tumors are rarely seen in young patients unlike older age ones. We present here a 17 years old male patient with bladder cancer initially thought to be urinary infection. The patient was referred to our clinic with macroscopic hematuria and single polypoid lesion was identified via ultrasonography within the urinary bladder. In addition to presentation of this rare case, we aimed to raise awareness and discuss diagnostic and therapeutic approach to bladder cancer which is diagnosed in young ages in the light of the current literature
