Spoken Assets of Van Lake Region in Dede Korkut StoriesKeywords: Dede Korkut,Kültür,Dil,T?re,Gelenek/G?renek Abstract: Dede Korkut Stories have a unique importance both in Turkish literature, Turkish language and Turkish history. What makes it so successful and important is that when it was originally an oral literature product, almost all Turkish societies had to be obeyed without any hesitation, the law book that had to be followed, or a literature constitution which had to be followed without hesitation. In addition, while the Turkish communities do not have much information about where, how, in which geography they live, these stories provide enough information. In fact, how these communities live, neighbors relations; children, spouses, the elderly and in short, how to behave against each individual member of the society, while we are given unique information about the customs and customs of oba. However, in the work, drawing attention to the soundness of family ties; examples of relationships based on love and respect between mother, father, son and spouses are given. These stories, written in the middle of the 15th century, have an invaluable place in terms of the density of Turkish words in the language. The language used in this work - if left to some extent as sound changes - is still a pure, clear and clear Turkish, which people in Anatolia are talking about today, not affected by foreign languages and understood easily by the people. It is not possible to not be affected from such a work which has such an important place in Turkish literature, Turkish language and even Turkish history. It may even be said that in this geography, it has been lost; the words, which have new meanings besides their common and common meanings, live in these stories with their original forms as they were today. From yesterday to today, the value of this work is increased. Thus, this work will shed light on the past of the Turkish communities and enlighten their future
