Analysis of Complaints that are Subject to B?MER for School Management and Teaching Profession (Antalya Case)

Abstract:

The main purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the complaints made from Antalya Province to the Ministry of National Education Communication Line ALO 147, B?MER (Prime Ministry Contact Center) and C?MER(Presidental Contact Center).The analysis of the complaints and, the presentation prepared by Antalya Provincial Directorate of National Education R & D (Research and Development Unit), which include possible solution samples will be sent to all schools at the beginning of the academic year 2018-2019, aiming to inform all the staff and reduce the complaints on these issues. Considering complaints made, it is seen that the most complaints come from the Primary Education level and made by parents especially the school cleaning, safety and donation issues are at the forefront. It is understood that the main factor that caused the complaints to increase is that the managers and teachers can not communicate well with the parents
