Nursing Care by Neuman Systems Model in a Patient with Left Ventricular Support Device and Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaKeywords: ALL,Hem?irelik,Kalp yetmezli?i,neuman sistem Abstract: The patients with the diagnosis of heart failure and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) have high stress levels due to the complex drug treatment, long hospital stay and high risk of infection. In addition, it is seen that most of the patients have insufficient level of knowledge about ALL and heart failure, they cannot perform self-care behaviors such as diet and treatment compliance, and the desired targets such as reducing recurrent hospitalization and preventing treatment-related complications cannot be achieved. The Neuman Systems Model (NSM), one of the models frequently used in nursing and its applications, is a model that derives resources from the General Systems Theory and explains the interrelated, complex relationships between the elements of organization, interaction, solidarity and integration. NSM treats the individual with a holistic approach in terms of physiological, psychological, sociocultural and developmental. Therefore, in this case report, the concepts of model are explained with relation to heart failure in order to increase the use of NSM and to expand its use in practice. S.U. Acute Lymphoblastic leukemia and heart failure. NSM, which is used in the planning of the patient's nursing care, has been observed to reach the desired results and the planned interventions have a positive effect
