A Critical Edition of the Risale f？ ？bahati Katli’l-Kilabi’l-Muz？rra of Sāchaqli-zādah Mu？ammad Mar？ashī's

Sāchaqli-zādah Mu？ammad Mar？ashī is one of the leading Ottoman scholars of the period. He wrote works in many disciplines of Islamic sciences. An important part of the works of Sāchaqli-zādah is still in manuscript form. Sāchaqli-zādah’s work called the Risale f？ ？bahati Katli’l-Kilabi’l-Muz？rra is also manuscript. This study is about the Sāchaqli-zādah’s risala on the subject of the killing of harmful dogs. In this risala, Sāchaqli-zādah has divided the dogs into sections according to whether it is owned and harmful and explained them. then he explained some of the damage caused by dogs. At the end of the risala, it is stated that stray dogs that harm people should be killed or exiled. In this way, cities will be cleansed from the negative effects of dogs. Within the scope of this study, the life of the author, his works and features of the Risala are discussed. Then it made the critical edition of the risala
