Therefore, it is emphasized that students' writing skills should be developed from an early age. Writing is composed of three components: mental, visual-perceptual and physical. They are not in the form of a straight line, but in nested rings. During writing process, knowledge and skills are stimulated on the one hand, visual-perceptual control is carried out on the one hand, and motor skills are used on the other hand. For the teaching of writing at the early period, work is done in three areas as mental, visual-perceptual and motor. The mental space is the area where letters to be written are placed in memory, the process of motorprogramis organized and managed. The visual-perceptual space is the area where the eye follows the hand and the pen, and reads and supervises the writings. The motor area is where the hand moves the pen on the paper and the letters are produced. In order to teachan effective pre-writing, every field should be given importance and the development of writing skills should be monitored. Teachers are expected to improve their skills and apply them meticulously
