INVESTIGATION OF THE STUDIES CARRIED OUT ON WHISTLEBLOWING IN LITERATURE HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT

This study is aimed to examine the studies on the subject of whistleblowing in the literature of healthcare management by content analysis. For this purpose, 7 of the national and 20 international studies have been determined and evaluated until 5 April 2018. The study was determined that 23 of the articles, 2 master thesis and 2 were reported, and the most commonly used research method was a survey. It was determined that only 18 nurses formed the sample group of 18 out of the 27 studies. The most answered responses to the reasons for reporting and failure were determined to be the fear of harming the patient and retaliation. Given the positive results of the notice; informer exhibits exemplary behavior for the institution and the patient is protected, the negative consequences are given; It was determined that the tip was excluded and that nothing was done to the notification. The selection of health care managements and physicians as a sample group in the studies to be done will ensure that problems in management are solved, that the notices stemming from medical malpractices are solved, and that the issue has different perspectives and that it is objective.
