Because of the fact that implementations of Total Quality Management (TQM) setting sight on continuous development and amelioration, in the globalizing world these are primarily preferred methods by managers who wants to create and improve corporate identitiy, corporate image, corporate reputation and corporate culture via employees’ internalized support.
