WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF EUROPEAN FOUNDATION FOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT (EFQM) EXCELLENCE MODEL, STRUCTURING CORPORATE CULTURE AND ITS RELATIONS WITH CORPORATE COMMUNICATION

In the journey from classical management understanding to the excellence model, leaders are raising their employees’ corporate commitment and providing a spread in corporate culture by enhancing their employees and seeing them as an important stakeholder of their corporation. Because of the fact that implementations of Total Quality Management (TQM) setting sight on continuous development and amelioration, in the globalizing world these are primarily preferred methods by managers who wants to create and improve corporate identitiy, corporate image, corporate reputation and corporate culture via employees’ internalized support. As a result of studies carried under the title of European Foundation for Quality Management Excellence Model by managers that enhance people and communication; raising institutional commitment, faster spread of corporation, their voluntarily work to raise public opinion and dignity of the corporation and corporation’s rise in quality success point were observed
