Evaluation of Production Costs Based on Reduction of Pyroplastic Deformation in Ceramic Sanitaryware ProductsKeywords: Seramik sa?l?k gere?leri, piroplastik deformasyon,K-Feldspat Abstract: Ceramic Sanitary Ware; mixing inorganic and non-metallic raw materials at a certain ratio into a fluid mud, then plaster and / or synthetic resin is shaped in molds and fired at about 1200-1250 ° C and the water absorption value is below 0.5%. It forms the basis of inorganic raw materials such as clay, kaolin, quartz, feldspar. The main products of the product range are washbasin, foot, closet, reservoir, bide, stones, urinal and shower stall white and colored. In this study, it is aimed to decrease SSG pyrolytic deformation by increasing K2O / Na2O. The effect on high temperature body viscosity was investigated by increasing the K-feldspar ratio. XRD, water absorption, strength, shrinkage and deformation analyzes were performed. Depending on the amount of increased potassium-feldspar, the high temperature body viscosity increases and the resistance to deformation increases. It was observed that the addition of K-Feldspat to the system increased the viscosity of the glass by increasing the amount of (SiO2) dissolved in the glassy phase
