Abstract:

In the years of the Crusaders’ coming to the Near East (1098-99), alongside the Abbasid and Fatimids rulers, the mighty Great Seljuk Sultans and their arm in Syria ruled. Nevertheless, the Crusaders managed to seize important regions, including Jerusalem, and to hold on to the region. The reason for this was the split between Muslims and jealousy and sovereignty. In their struggles, they received help from the Crusaders and other elements in the region from time to time. One of the most important examples is Dubays b. Sadaka. The charity of the charity is the dirty alliance with the Crusaders. Dubays, a bedridden sheikh in Hille, was a personality who played an important role in this period due to his hostility to the Abbas? Caliphate that he held responsible for his personality and the death of his father between the Crusaders and Muslims. Dubays is an important figure for the relations of the Seljuks with the Abbasid caliph and their Mosul policies.
