COMPARISON OF FINANCIAL AND STOCK EXCHANGE PERFORMANCE OF BIST-MANUFACTURING COMPANIES WITH ENTROPI BASED TOPSIS AND VIKOR METHODS

Increasing competition due to the influence of globalization necessitates that business performances should be better from day to day. Today, businesses that save costs and increase their efficiency without sacrificing quality is expected to increase their financial performance. The aim of the study is to determine the annual financial performance rankings of companies in the manufacturing sector that are traded in BIST. The financial indicators were used to determine the financial performance and the entropy method for objective weighting was used to determine the weights of these indicators. TOPSIS and VICOR methods are preferred for the financial performance ranking.
