Abstract:

The essential thing in the Sharia provisions is that there are common provisions covering all obligants at any time and place. However, some special circumstances prevent obligants from fulfilling their obligations or cause them to face great difficulties. When these conditions, which prevented or made it difficult for the obligant to make a part of the provisions, Islam made it easier for obligants to do so in these special cases. Namely,, the main provisions which are first legitimized for all obligants at any place and time are called as “permission”. In some cases, the exceptional provisions which are justified to remove the difficulty due to the people’s apology are called “resolution”. What prevents or makes it difficult for obligants to fulfill their responsibilities is that there is a difficulty above normal. This difficulty occurs due to reasons such as travel, illness, obligation, coercion and necessity. Since studying all of these reasons will exceed the limits of an article, we will consider the issue of coercion and necessity in another study. In this study, we will examine some resolution reasons such as travel, illness and necessity and some examples of resolution which are fixed for this reasons
