Attitude Towards the Disabled at Employment Sense in the Light of Hadiths

Abstract In line with the needs of the state, recruitment of individuals according to their skills has continued. These skills are used in jobs or places that are needed in different areas. There is employment in agriculture, craftsmanship, war and other areas in the period when Islam emerged and started to spread. In order to be employed in these areas, individuals generally needed to be healthy. As a matter of fact, in some old societies, only the healthy individuals needed were able to place themselves in the society and the disabled individuals were excluded or allowed to exclude themselves by creating an environment. It is a reality that there is a certain proportion of people with disabilities in each community. It is possible to say that The Prophet Muhammad made some practices in order not to exclude people with disabilities from the society by taking this reality into account, thus making use of their abilities and skills and not to leave them in a psychologically difficult situation.
