Perception of Learning Organizer in New Entrepreneurs and Relationship with Company Performance

In this study, it is tried to determine the relationship between Senge's five disciplines related to the learning organization in new entrepreneurial enterprises, the application of these disciplines and the performance of the learning organization. Within the scope of the research, the enterprises that were registered to KOSGEB Karabük Directorate and benefited from the New Entrepreneur Support were taken as a sample and the data obtained by the survey method were analyzed. As a result of the analyzes, it was seen that there was a significant difference between the educational level of the enterprise owner and the organizational learning status of the new entrepreneurs. In addition, on the product/service performance and employee performance of the individual discipline; it was understood that the discipline of mind models had a positive and meaningful relationship to product/service performance and team discipline on profitability performance
