The Research of SMEs’ Human Resource Management Percept?on: Karabük ExampleKeywords: Karabük,KOB?,?nsan Kaynaklar?,?nsan Kaynaklar? Y?netimi,Alg? Abstract: Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) Turkey has an important place in the economy, because of their structure are defined as labor-intensive enterprises. This situation brings the importance of human resources management in SMEs as well as large enterprises. In this respect, the aim of this study is to determine the perception of SMEs on human resource management and their human resources management. In the literature part of the study, the importance of SME definition and SMEs in our country was mentioned and then, human resources management in SMEs was mentioned. The survey was conducted with 118 SMEs operating in the province of Karabük. Frequency, single-sample T-test, Chi-Square and ANOVA analyzes were performed. As a result of the study, it was found that there was no significant HR department in 78% of SMEs and there were significant differences between HR managers and their perception of HR functions according to their education level
