The Effects of The Rope Trainings on The Speed, Quickness and Anarobic Power of The Handball PlayersKeywords: ?p antrenman?,sürat,?abukluk,anaerobik gü? Abstract: The aim of this study was to examine the effects of the rope trainings on the speed, quickness and anarobic power of the handball players. For this purpose, 21 handball players aged between 19-24, and who were at least 4 years handball experience constructed the subject group of this study. Subjects of the rope group (n=11) were trained (within rope programme) three times (days) a week during six weeks after one week preperatory rope training as well as technical training. Subjects of the control group (n=10) were trained only technically three times (days) a week during six weeks. The obtained data were evaluated in the statistical package program according to the normality test and in the dependent and independent groups at the significance level of 0,05 with t-test. As a result, it can be said that the rope works made with explosive tempo are effective on speed, quickness and anarobic power
