Al-Amr bi 'l-Ma？rūf wa 'l-Nahy ？an al-Munkar in the Framework of Believer and Hypocrite

We can see that people are separated into two groups as believers and unbelievers in Quran. While the name of by “believers” is used for people believing God, the name of by “unbelievers” is used as a general for people not to believe God. The hypocrites is implicating parameters such as agnosticism, faction, shirk also atheism. Human being named indispensable fact of the earth give different attitudes, statements taking place in social life as a result of this mentality.
