THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AMBIDEXTERITY ON CORPORATE IMAGE AND CORPORATE REPUTATION: A FIELD STUDYKeywords: ?rgütsel Ustal?k (?ifty?nlülük),Kurumsal ?maj Abstract: This practice was made to appraise the impact of organizational ambidexterity on corporate image and corporatere putation variables. In this respect, first a conceptual frame work was formed by making a literatüre review and then the evidiences of the practice were shared. At the application part of the practice, a question naire study, one of the numerical investigative ways, has been implemented on academic and administrative staff working in a state university in the Mediterranean region. The findings of this application were evaluated and it has revealed that organizational ambidexterity had an effect on corporate image and corporate reputation
