On Affirmation of Life in Nietzsche

In this article, through Nietzsche’s criticisms about moral sentiments which were dominant in his era, the theme of affirmation of life -which exists in almost all of his works- is be presented. This theme can be seen in his criticisms towards Christian morals ethically, in the understanding of eternal recurrence which has more of a metaphysical ground or in the famous character of Zoroaster which can be read as a theory about how a human can live more authentically and as himself/herself. This yes-saying attitude towards life has penetrated into all of his philosophical views. And in this article, an attempt is made to clarify the attitude towards life has an essential and central place in Nietzsche’s philosophy. The aim is to show how important the idea of the uniqueness of the human and the extollment of human life in a positive manner was for Nietzsche
