Analysis with Theoretical and Numerical Methods of Bending Stress and Deflection Value of Beams with Different ProfilesKeywords: E?ilme,sehim,profil etkisi,?elik konstrüksiyon Abstract: From the past to the present, the steel construction structures, which have a significant usage area, are preferred due to their lightness, easy assembly and many features. Especially in the construction sector, the steel constructions used in the construction of buildings and bridges for many years are obtained by using steel materials with different section profiles. In this study, deflection values and bending stresses of beams with different profiles were investigated. The deflection values and bending stresses according to the same dimensions and different section profiles are obtained by using computer aided structural analysis program ANSYS Workbench and compared with the theoretical calculations. As a result of the study, the cross-sectional profile with minimum bending stress (60 MPa) and deflection value (0.201 mm) was calculated as rectangular profile, the cross section with maximum bending stress (215.77 MPa) and the deflection value (0.539 mm) was calculated as T profile both theoretical and numericall
