INDUSTRY 4.0 AND TRANSFORMATION OF INDUSTRY 4.0 IN THE TURKEY PUBLIC SECTOR

The world is moving rapidly towards a cosmos that information is generated in real time and shared with other systems, all systems are able to make their own decisions automatically, different systems are able to stimulate each other, and different systems can correct each other's mistakes. Thanks to this trend, which is called Industry 4.0, human life will be directly affected in many directions. Public institutions that regulate and manage daily life's work, processes, operations, and systems will provide the necessary technological infrastructure to achieve performance and productivity gains, which will make a significant contribution to the formation of a more prosperous and civilized society. With the transformation of the Industry 4.0, the state management efficiency and the quality level of the service received from the institutions will increase in the public and private sector systems of Turkey. As a result, state expenditures will decrease and our country will be able to reach a top position in the world competitive environment.
