Burnout Syndrome: An Examination on Academic Staff

Regulation of differentiations for burnout levels, demographic variables and academic level burnout levels of training staff in the study. Burnout syndrome is defined as a syndrome in which individuals are faced with colleagues, desensitizations to individuals, and personal achievement. This negatively affected the individual's internalization. Within the scope of the study, the burnout levels of the academicians in Karabük University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences are determined and the burnout level is investigated by considering the physical emotional and behavioral dimension of the burnout concept. The burnout syndrome scale, which is frequently referred to in the literature, is used in the research. In the last part of the study, the results of the questionnaires are analyzed and evaluated and suggestions for fighting burnout are presented within the framework of these evaluations
