Gastronomic Tourism Potential of ??rnakKeywords: Gastronomi Turizmi,??rnak,Güneydo?u Abstract: In recent years, people's preferences in travel experiences have been differentiated. Interest in cultural elements is increasing day by day. It is seen that gastronomy tourism has improved with the increase of interest in food-beverage, which is a part of the culture. The eating and drinking activities, previously considered only as a component of the destination, have become the main motivation for travel. In this context, the aim of the research is to reveal the potential of ??rnak province in terms of gastronomic tourism. Literature search was done to determine the food and beverages made in the research. The names of food and beverages found and their construction were confirmed by asking the local community. As a result of research, ??rnak has an important potential for gastronomic tourism, but it has been found that it has not been used sufficiently.
