In Turkey, the institutions are facing problems in how to do the drills. The fact that there are very few Turkish sources about drill planning makes it difficult to reach information about the drill planning. A good preparation should be made to perform the drills. Planning is very important in preparing drills. While preparing the drills; first of all, it should be decided how to plan the drills according to the manner in which the drills are carried out. The scenario should be determined according to the purpose of the drills, drill timetables should be prepared, task distribution should be made. It is necessary to know what has been done when the actual incident or accident is encountered during the drill. After the preparations section, the other steps of the exercise take place.
