THE STORY PERCEPTION OF SABAHATTIN KUDRET AKSAL AND THE PLACE OF SENSE OF ALLIENATION IN HIS “HOME AND THE DEAD” STORY

First of all, Sabahattin Kudret Aksal is the one of precious authors who contributed early era of Turkish Literature. He was born in Istanbul in 1920. Either his poems,stories and dramas written by him awarded many times. Such as He recieved Sait Faik Story award with “The Soda Tree” in 1955. Also The Wounded Animal, the story that he wrote in 1956 recieved Art award from Turkish Language Administration (TDK) in 1957. Also,he joined ENKA Story competition with his two stories Vavs(VS) and Home and The Dead which he written in 1985. He won the competition with his Vavs(VS) story and Home and The Dead became famous after compettion. The story of Sabahattin Kudret Aksal which is named “Home and The Dead”, he emphasizes sense of alienation in -eight year old- kid’s eye; whose family and he come to Turkey from Rumeli(Balkans). As an alien he and his family never ever adapted to new city especially their new house they located all in the inviduals of the family and living as an obligation crowdedly. Also eight year old kid’s uncle’s sickness who he insteaded of his dad, Last but not least backgrounded that situtation makes the story “Home and The Dead” full of layers
