A Qualitative Study on The Relationship Between Entrepreneurship Characteristics and Holland's Personality Types

Entrepreneurship factor has been of great importance in almost every period in the establishment and development of humanity and contemporary civilizations and has gained an important place. Today, entrepreneurship activities have become increasingly important and have begun to be seen as the most important elements of development, employment and social development. However, entrepreneurial activities are carried out by entrepreneurial individuals. The element that distinguishes these individuals from the other individuals is that they have the entrepreneurial qualities Personality types, on the other hand, have been subjected to various classifications of different scholarly work outcomes. In this study, entrepreneurship characteristics and similarities and differences between Holland’s personality types have been examined. In this study it is aimed to be a guide to the individuals who have entrepreneurship characteristics by revealing scientific facts about their personalities and to act more realistically in their entrepreneurial activities and to perform entrepreneurial activities in accordance with their personality. As a result, it is possible to realize activities that aim to benefit from individual interests and social benefits thanks to conscious entrepreneurs who know what to do according to their personality characteristics
