Adolescence Delinquency

In addition to the specific difficulties of adolescence, individual and environmental risks may lead to unacceptable behaviors that characterized as a crime of adolescence. Intendency of crime of adolescents is influenced by effort to establish the identity of the adolescent, inability to cope with the thoughts and feelings or the need to feel autonomous, or to meet other psycho-social needs. Besides, the structure of family of the adolescent completing his\her process of being individiual, economic power of the family, the control mechanisms created by the family and the environment, and the judgments of the social environment which is the second area that the adolescent realizes, are the factors that prepare the crime ground. The aim of this article is is to investigate definition of adolescent offense, reasons and possible risk factors for adolescent offense, cost of adolescent offense and prevention interventions
