Genetically Analysis of Yield and Yield Components in Dent Corn Genotypes (Zea mays indentata Sturt.)Keywords: ?oklu dizi analizi,?slah,kal?t?m analizleri,ko?an ?zellikleri,kombinasyon kabiliyeti,verim Abstract: The research was conducted during 2015 – 2016 growing seasons at SUAF (Selcuk University Agriculture Faculty Crop Science Department) Prof. Dr. Abdulkadir AKCIN trial area. Seven inbred lines (3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 14.2, 14.20, 14.21, 14.26), whose all self – pollination and selection stages were done in Middle Anatolian Region conditions, and 3 tester lines (FRMo 17, FRB 73, ADK 451) were hybridized according to line × tester mating design and 21 hybrid corn combinations were produced in year 2015. Lines, testers and progenies were sown according to “Randomised Complete Block design” with three replications in year 2016. Variance compounds, GCAs (general combining ability) and SCAs (specific combining ability) of lines and progenies in CL (cob length), CT (cob thickness), GNE (grain number per ear) and GY (grain yield) characters were determined. Lines 14.21 and 14.26 had significant and positive GCA values in GY in Middle Anatolian Region conditions; progenies; 3.2 × FRB 73, 3.4 × ADK 451, 3.6 × ADK 451, 14.2 × FRB 73, 14.20 × ADK 451, 14.21 × FRMo 17 and 14.26 × ADK 451 had significant and positive SCA values in GY as well. These results showed the conformity of the population for breeding studies with the aim of increasing grain yield
