In this flipped classroom implementation while classroom lectures are offered online, students participate in clinical practices at these times. This study investigated the effect of this flipped classroom strategy on student’s clinical learning climates perceptions Materials and Methods: Data were collected using the Clinical Learning Climate Scale. Seventy-six students filled the scale form. The results were compared with previously reported national data. Students’ written feedbacks were analysed and gathered under related scale items. In this way, we tried to explain the results of the Clinical Learning Climate Scale using clues from feedback. The results are compared with previously reported national data. In addition, student written feedback was assessed by content analysis. Results: Scores of the study group were higher than the groups of national study. While the total scale points was 118.47 ± 20.85 in national study, it was found as 149.65 ± 12.04 in research group (PAüKBB). The highest difference was found in the clinical education subscale’s points (National 75.19 ± 16.01 vs PAüKBB 101.81 ± 8.55). Written feedback also includes a large number of student comments that could explain this quantitative data. Conclusion: Evidences have been obtained that the application of the flipped classroom strategy has a positive impact on the students' clinical learning climate perception. It should not be forgotten that this success is partly due to the flipped classroom strategy as well as the active participation of faculty members and residents in clinical education
