Abstract:

采用激光烧结法制备AlxCoCrFeNi (x = 1; 1.5; 2)高熵合金,通过测试其显微组织、成分和力学性能,研究Al元素含量的变化对高熵合金的组织性能的影响。实验结果表明,当x从1到1.5再到2不断增大时,AlxCoCrFeNi合金的晶体结构由FCC + BCC向BCC不断转变,高熵合金的晶格畸变和硬度也随之增大;当x = 2时晶格畸变达到最大,同时硬度也达到最大值512.5 HV。
AlxCoCrFeNi (x = 1; 1.5; 2) high-entropy alloy was prepared by laser sintering. The effect of Al content on the microstructure and properties of high-entropy alloy was studied by measuring its microstructure, composition and mechanical properties. The experimental results show that when x increases from 1 to 1.5 and then to 2, the crystal structure of AlxCoCrFeNi alloy changes from FCC + BCC to BCC, and the lattice distortion and hardness of the high entropy alloy also increase; the lattice distortion reaches its maximum when x = 2, and the hardness also reaches the maximum of 512.5 HV.
