牛肝脓肿是一种隐性多发性疾病，不容易在疾病早期揭发、并做出确诊。此病在世界各地均有发生，尤其是在美国、英国等舍饲肥育牛群中多发，发病率高达17%~32%，90年代起，此病在我国规模化奶牛场就有一定发病率。由于牛肝脓肿早期临床症状表现不明显，特异性临床症不典型、不突出，导致早期诊断困难，后期治愈率低下、死亡率高。目前此病已经成为了大家关注的热点话题之一。本文针对此病的发生原因、早期临床表现特点、发病机理、防治措施等进行了系统的临床分析和研究总结，在此作以交流汇报。
Bovine liver abscess is a recessive
and multiple disease. It’s not easy to detect and identify the disease early. The
disease occurs all over the world, especially the incidence rate of house
feeding cattle in Britain and the United States is relatively high. The
incidence is as high as 17%~32%. Since the
1990s, there has been a high incidence of this disease in large-scale dairy
farms in China. Since the early clinical symptoms of bovine liver abscess are
not obvious, the special symptoms are not typical and prominent, so it is
difficult to diagnose the disease in the early stage, the cure rate is low and
the mortality is high. The disease has become a hot topic of concern. This
paper focuses on the causes of the disease, early clinical features,
pathogenesis, prevention and treatment measures, etc. Systematic clinical
analysis and research summary are made here for exchange and report.
