中国建筑业企业国际化拓展的战略建议

Abstract:
在国家“走出去”战略的指引下和全球化的背景下,中国建筑企业纷纷拓展海外工程市场,寻求新的发展机会。在机遇与挑战并存的时候,中国建筑企业应把握优势,制定清晰的国际化战略,找准市场定位;同时加大学习能力,尽快了解国际规则以适应国际工程承包市场的要求;提升自身的管理水平进而制订标准、树立品牌,在国际竞争中确立自己的地位。
Under the guidance of the national “going out” strategy and under the background of globalization, Chinese construction enterprises have been expanding overseas engineering market and seeking new development opportunities. When opportunities and challenges coexist, Chinese construction enterprises should grasp the advantages, formulate a clear international strategy, find the correct market positioning; at the same time, increase the learning ability, as soon as possible to under-stand the international rules to meet the requirements of the international project contracting market; improve their own management level, then set standards, establish a brand, in the inter-national competition to establish their own position.
