Abstract:

六斑刺鲀作为一种具有重要开发潜力的品种,受精卵的孵化是影响其人工繁殖成败的关键因素之一,孵化率的高低直接影响着后期苗种的培育及扩繁。本研究针对这一技术问题,经过反复摸索研究,设计适宜的孵化设施及孵化方法,大大提高了六斑刺鲀受精卵的孵化率,为今后工厂化养殖提供一定的技术支持。
As a kind of Diodon holocanthus
with important development potential, the hatching of fertilized eggs is one of the key factors affecting the success or failure of artificial reproduction, and the hatching rate directly affects the cultivation and propagation of later seedlings. This study aimed at this technical problem, through repeated exploration and research, designed suitable incubation facilities and incubation methods, greatly improved the hatching rate of fertilized eggs of Diodon holocanthus, and provided certain technical support for the future factory breeding.
