Abstract:

在碳达峰、碳中和目标下,钢铁行业作为能源消费和二氧化碳排放大户,面临着严峻的碳减排压力,如何实现钢铁行业碳减排是一项迫切且巨大的系统工程。目前钢铁生产中以传统的长流程生产工艺为主,该生产工艺具有成熟度高和成本低的优势,但碳排放量较大。通过工艺流程划分,物质流、碳素流的分析,构建了长流程碳排放数字仿真模型,详细分析了各工艺流程的碳排放情况,并结合钢铁行业的低碳技术,在充分考虑成本因素等约束的条件下,构建了钢铁行业长流程生产工艺优化模型,为推进长流程生产工艺实现减碳提质提供了可参考的优化方案。
Under the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, the iron and steel industry, as a major energy consumer and carbon dioxide emitter, is facing severe pressure on carbon emission reduction. How to realize carbon emission reduction in the iron and steel industry is an urgent and huge systematic project. At present, the traditional long process production process is mainly used in iron and steel production. This production process has the advantages of high maturity and low cost, but the carbon emission is large. Through the division of process flow and the analysis of material flow and carbon flow, the long process carbon emission digital simulation model is constructed, the carbon emission of each process flow is analyzed in detail, and the long process production process optimization model of iron and steel industry is constructed in combination with the low-carbon technology of iron and steel industry and under the constraints of cost factors, it provides a reference optimization scheme for promoting long process production process to reduce carbon and improve quality.
