某市精神心理科护理人员对文献资源利用现状的调查研究

Abstract:

目的:通过调查研究精神心理科护理人员对文献资源利用现状,为提高精神科护理人员文献利用促进专业知识掌握提供参考。方法:按照方便抽样的方法,以自行设计的“精神心理科护士文献资源利用调查问卷”调查南宁市5所二级(含)以上医院精神心理科的156名护士,进一步对各级护理人员在文献资源的需求情况进行深度分析。为了进行比较,同时调查了146名精神心理科医师。结果:10年以上高年资精神心理科护士利用文献资源比例(100%)高于1~5年低年资护士(22%),差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01);与精神心理科医师比较,经常利用文献资源的护士比例明显低于医师(P < 0.01),没有利用过文献资源的护士比例明显高于医师(P < 0.01);获取文献资源的途径通过纸质书籍和期刊占90%,电子文献利用比例占10% (P < 0.01);护士利用文献资源的目的撰写论文占53%,积累知识占30%,申报课题占17%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论:精神心理科高年资护士利用文献资源需求明显高于1~5年低年资护士;精神心理科护理人员对利用文献资源的认知明显低于医师;精神心理科护士获取文献资源的途径主要通过纸质书籍和期刊,利用文献资源的主要目的是撰写论文和积累知识。
Objective: To provide a reference for improving psychiatric nursing staff’s literature utilization and professional knowledge mastery by investigating and studying the current situation of psychiatric nursing staff’s literature utilization. Methods: According to the method of convenient sampling, 156 nurses in the psychiatric department of 5 secondary (including) and above hospitals in Nanning were investigated by a self-designed “questionnaire on the utilization of literature resources for psychiatric nurses”, and the demand for literature resources of nursing staff at all levels was further analyzed. For comparison, 146 psychiatrists were also surveyed. Results: The proportion of literature resources used by nurses with more than 10 years of experience (100%) was higher than that of nurses with 1~5 years of experience (22%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Compared with psychiatrists, the proportion of nurses who frequently used literature re-sources was significantly lower than that of physicians (P < 0.01), and the proportion of nurses who did not use literature resources was significantly higher than that of physicians (P < 0.01). 90% of literature resources were obtained from paper books and periodicals, and 10% were obtained from electronic literature (P < 0.01). The purpose of nurses using literature resources to write papers accounted for 53%, accumulate knowledge accounted for 30%, and declare subjects accounted for 17%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The demand for literature resources used by senior nurses in the psychiatric department is significantly higher than that of junior nurses with 1~5 years of experience. The nursing staff’s cognition of literature resources is obviously lower than that of doctors. Nurses in the department of psychiatry obtain literature re-sources mainly through paper books and periodicals, and the main purpose of using literature re-sources is to write papers and accumulate knowledge.
