Abstract:

随着电力体制改革的不断深化,参与电力交易的市场主体逐年呈几何级数增长,电力交易机构作为重要的新兴市场运营机构,应及时了解各类市场主体的服务需求。本文采用定量和定性相结合的方法,通过该满意度调查的实践情况提出相应的服务提升措施。
As the reform of the power system is continuously furthered, the market entities involved in power trading see a geometric growth year by year. Power trading institutions, which are important emerging market operators, should keep abreast of the service needs of various market entities. In this paper, using qualitative and quantitative method of combining, and corresponding service improvement measures are proposed through the satisfaction survey.
