依托科研平台培养个性化创新人才的探索与实践——以四川某高校为例
Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Individualized and Innovative Talents by Scientific Research Platform—Taking the Case of a University in Sichuan as an Example

科研平台的资源汇聚性特点使其成为如今科学研究最重要的阵地，科技创新离不开科研平台的强有力支撑。高校传统的建设模式将学生的实验教学与教师团队的科研实验室独立分开，导致科研平台中的优质资源没充分服务于实验教学和本科生培养，大量昂贵的仪器设备被严重浪费。本文阐述了当前高校在创新人才培养方面的不足及科研平台在创新性人才培养过程中需采用的重要举措，并介绍了本单位培养个人性化质检人才的探索和实践。
The characteristics of resource convergence of scientific research platform make it the most im-portant position for scientific research nowadays and scientific and technological innovation cannot be separated from the strong support of scientific research platform. The traditional construction mode of colleges and universities separates the experimental teaching of students from the scien-tific research laboratory of the teachers’ team, which leads to that the high-quality resources in the scientific research platform do not fully serve the experimental teaching and undergraduate train-ing, and a large number of expensive instruments and equipment are seriously wasted. This paper expounds the current deficiencies in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universi-ties and the important measures that scientific research platforms need to adopt in the process of cultivating innovative talents, and introduces the exploration and practice of the organization in cultivating individualized quality inspection talents.
