存量地理信息数据在基础地理实体建设中的利用研究

全国新型基础测绘正如火如荼开展，其中基础地理实体改造与建库是重要任务之一。为盘活测绘地理信息数据的价值，进一步发挥已有地理信息数据的先导性作用，本文以存量测绘地理信息数据实体化改造为切入点，梳理已有地理信息数据与基础地理实体之间的差异，全面详细研究如何利用存量地理信息数据进行基础地理实体建设，不仅避免了重复生产的资源浪费，还极大地提高了基础地理实体生产的效率，给现下新型基础测绘基础地理实体生产提供可复制和推广的经验。
The national new fundamental surveying and mapping is on-going vigorously, among which the transformation and construction of fundamental geo-entities database is one of the important tasks. To revitalize the value of surveying and mapping geographic information data, further play the leading role of the existing geographic information data, this paper to the stock of geographic in-formation data materialization transformation as the breakthrough point, combing the existing ge-ographic information data and fundamental geo-entities differences, comprehensive and detailed study how to use the stock geographic information data for fundamental geo-entities construction, not only avoid the resources of waste production, also greatly improve the efficiency of fundamental geo-entities production, to the new fundamental surveying and mapping physical entity production can copy and promote experience.
