硝呋太尔胶囊联合盐酸环丙沙星栓治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效研究
Clinical Efficacy of Nifuratel Capsule Combined with Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Suppository in the Treatment of Bacterial Vaginitis

目的：分析对细菌性阴道炎患者合用硝呋太尔胶囊及盐酸环丙沙星栓的治疗价值。方法：对照组为盐酸环丙沙星栓治疗，观察组加用硝呋太尔胶囊治疗。结果：外阴瘙痒、白带异常、外阴阴道疼痛以及阴道黏膜充血消失时间观察组短于对照组(P < 0.05)；治疗总有效率观察组、对照组分别为97.37%、84.21%，(P < 0.05)；治疗前2组IL-2、IL-8水平对比差异较小(P > 0.05)，治疗后IL-2、IL-8水平观察组低于对照组(P < 0.05)。结论：对细菌性阴道炎患者合用硝呋太尔胶囊及盐酸环丙沙星栓的治疗效果确切，可有效抑制炎症性反应、改善临床症状及提升治疗效果。
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic value of nifuratel capsule combined with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository in patients with bacterial vaginitis. Methods: The control group was treated with ciprofloxacin hydro-chloride suppository, and the observation group was treated with nifuratel capsule. Results: The disappearance time of vulvar pruritus, abnormal leucorrhea, vulvovaginal pain, and vaginal muco-sal congestion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 97.37% and 84.21%, re-spectively (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-2 and IL-8 between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-2 and IL-8 in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Nifuratel capsules and ciprofloxacin hydrochloride suppository are effective in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis, which can effectively inhibit inflammatory response, improve clinical symptoms and improve the treat-ment effect.
