花椒文化促进云南乡村振兴发展研究

随着科技的发展和人们对美好生活的追求，花椒的需求量在快速增加，市场潜力巨大。另外，随着社会对花椒传统农业文化、花椒营养价值关注度的增加，以及对花椒功能性深入研究，花椒产业将会助推乡村振兴发展，尤其是在云南山区州市县山高坡陡、石漠化较严重的农村地区，花椒产业的发展定会成为云南高原特色农业的重要支柱产业之一。因此，研究花椒文化对促进社会和谐发展具有重要意义。
With the development of science and technology and people’s pursuit of a better life, the demand for Chinese prickly ash is increasing rapidly and the market potential is huge. In addition, with the increase of social attention to the traditional agricultural culture of Chinese prickly ash and its nutritional value, as well as the in-depth study of its functionality, Chinese prickly ash industry will boost rural revitalization. The development of Chinese prickly ash industry will become one of the important pillars of industry plateau characteristic agriculture in Yunnan, especially in the rural areas with serious rocky desertification or high mountains and steep slopes. Therefore, the study of prickly ash culture is of great significance to promote the harmonious development of society.
