Abstract:

在当前阶段,煤化工行业快速发展对环境和水资源造成了严重污染和压力,故实现煤化工废水“零排放”具有重要的能源效益。本文使用二氧化氯作为氧化剂对工业盐、工业硫酸钠中的有机物进行去除,这项技术处理后的废盐、废硫酸钠完全可以达到工业盐与工业硫酸钠的国家标准,且工业甲醇可以循环套用,整个实验过程成本低、简单易操作、环境友好,实现了经济的绿色循环发展。
At the current stage, the rapid development of the coal chemical industry has caused serious pollution and pressure on the environment and water resources, so it has important energy benefits to achieve “zero discharge” of coal chemical wastewater. In this paper, chlorine dioxide is used as an oxidant to remove the organic matter in industrial salt and industrial sodium sulfate. The waste salt and waste sodium sulfate treated by this technology can completely meet the national standards for industrial salt and industrial sodium sulfate, and industrial methanol can be recycled. The entire experimental process is low in cost, simple and easy to operate and environmentally friendly, and realizes the green cycle development of economy.
