天然气长输管道深基坑工程安全管理分析

Abstract:

2019年,国家石油天然气管网集团有限公司成立,这意味着我国在实现管网互联互通,构建“全国一张网”的道路上又迈出了坚实的一步,根据《中国天然气发展报告(2022)》显示,2021年,全国主干天然气管道总里程达到11.6万千米,天然气产量2076亿立方米,同比增长7.8%。我国正在建设的西气东输三线中段、西气东输四线、中俄南等天然气长输管道,已开始学习和借鉴国外管廊带的建设理念,可见输气管廊带的建设已成为城市可持续发展的重要因素。例如,TJNG项目全线与国家管网蒙西煤制气、港青三线、天津天然气管道伴行,在役管道交叉穿越近百处,新建站场与蒙西煤制气、天津天然气管道站场全面实现互联互通。在输气管廊带施工过程中,受在役管道、气候环境、地质条件等因素的影响,大多深基坑工程施工采用的钢板桩施工技术,本文就采用钢板桩施工技术的深基坑工程的施工安全管理进行了分析。
In 2019, the National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group Co., Ltd. was established, which means that China has taken a solid step on the road to achieve network interconnection and build a “national network”. According to the China Natural Gas Development Report (2022), in 2021, the total mileage of the country’s main natural gas pipelines will reach 116,000 kilometers, and the natural gas output will reach 207.6 billion cubic meters, an increase of 7.8% year on year. The middle section of West-East Gas Pipeline 3, West-East Gas Pipeline 4, China-Russia South and other long-distance natural gas pipelines under construction in China have begun to learn and learn from the construction concept of foreign pipeline corridors. It can be seen that the construction of pipeline corridors has become an important factor for urban sustainable development. For example, the whole line of TJNG project is connected with the national pipeline network Mengxi Coal-to-Gas, Gangqing Third Line and Tianjin Natural Gas Pipeline, and the existing pipelines cross nearly 100 places. The new stations are fully interconnected with Mengxi Coal-to-Gas and Tianjin Natural Gas Pipeline stations. During the construction of the gas pipeline corridor, influenced by the factors such as the pipeline in service, climatic environment, geological conditions and so on, most of the deep foundation pit construction uses the steel sheet pile construction technology. This paper analyzes the construction safety management of the deep foundation pit project using the steel sheet pile construction technology.
