数字技术驱动跨境电商海外仓智慧升级——以纵腾企业为例
Digital Technology Drives the Wisdom Upgrade of Cross-Border E-Commerce Overseas Warehouses—An Example of Zongteng Enterprise

海外仓是我国自主品牌“走出去”，拓展国际市场的重要渠道。当前，数字技术赋能产业经济，推动着电商行业对海外仓实现数字化升级。基于此，本文以纵腾企业为研究对象，通过案例分析法描述纵腾企业海外仓的数字技术驱动状况，并结合相关理论提出海外仓的数智化发展，带动跨境物流的数字建设，加快了外贸行业转型升级。由此，鼓励电商行业把握海外仓数字发展趋势，增培优秀海外仓企业。
Overseas warehouse is an important channel for China’s independent brands to “go out” and expand the international market. At present, digital technology empowers the industrial economy and pushes the e-commerce industry to digitally upgrade the overseas warehouse. Based on this, this paper takes Zongteng enterprises as the research object, describes the digital technology driven status of overseas warehouses of Zongteng enterprises through case analysis, and proposes the development of digital intelligence of overseas warehouses in combination with relevant theories, which promotes the digital construction of cross-border logistics and speeds up the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade industry. Therefore, the e-commerce industry is encouraged to grasp the digital development trend of overseas warehouse and increase the cultivation of excellent overseas warehouse enterprises.
